Over the years, my original pain relief oil has supported countless people with sore muscles, stiff joints, and everyday aches with no complaints! However, I felt called to create a variation specifically focused on nerve-related discomfort.

Nerve Relief Oil is a refined version of my original pain relief formula, with the addition of Frankincense and other essential oils chosen for their traditional and therapeutic relationship to nerve support. This blend is designed to help calm irritated nerves, ease radiating or tingling discomfort, and support areas where pain feels sharp, burning, or difficult to settle and improve overall circulation.

This is a topical oil, meant to be applied gently to targeted areas. A little goes a long way. Use with care if you have sensitive skin.

I am blending the Vitamin C and Minerals this week. Boost immunity and support the body on a nutritive foundational level. This is especially good for kids and adult adults that do not get enough fresh veggies, fruits, and nutrients in their diet or are picky eaters.

Vitamin C in botanical form is more readily available for the body to use and not only supports immunity (antiviral), but is also rich in cellular and cardiovascular protective antioxidants and offers anti-inflammatory properties.

Hello, lovelies! It's me, Teri Lyn Powell, herbalist and proprietor of this natural apothecary- Sage & Sweetgrass! I have some updates for 2026. Classes and workshops will be returning to Smith's Gardentown very soon and hopefully locally as well. Stay tuned for the Jan-Feb class schedule. I will also continue restocking many of my tinctures and other botanical wellness offerings over the next few weeks.

And 'tis the season for upper respiratory and viral infections, so definitely take advantage of the two pack combos that I have available now, including the virus support glycerin extract and the elderberry extract. I also have several other things available to support the body during this cold and flu season for kids and adults. 

As I had mentioned a while back, I am looking for a few existing new or long-term customers – clients to join me on an upcoming project where you are willing to share your experience with herbal medicine or working with me in a recorded interview. A couple of you have already agreed to participate but definitely comment below if you would like to be a part of this project.

It is a potent antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal medicine!
