I love these Orchids! I have 5! They are easy to care for. They don’t like direct sunlight, but rather a good filtered Southern light! I take my out of the clay pot, keeping them in their plastic pot, and soak them with warm water every week or 10 days! When all the flowers die after 2-3 months, cut the stem at its base. It will go dormant, the leaves stay pretty. One or two may die. I pull them gently off. In 6-9 months you hopefully will have a new shoot growing with buds! Enjoy!!!

Today when I looked in my eyes and told myself, I love you, my pupils dilated and I felt a wash of loving energy flood my body! Down to my fingers tingling and my root chakra starts tingling sending energy down through my legs and out through my feet, and released as a gift to Mother Earth!

I keep hearing the words ‘aging well’ and ways we can impact our journey to slow it down…
Becoming elderly in our society looks pretty bleak- unless the family has deep pockets and then the families wealth can be drained down into the coffers of our assisted living facilities.
Sadly not into the paychecks of employees but into the massive economy of housing and isolating our seniors until they pass on. This can take years with dementia or Alzheimer’s…at what $6000.00 a month…
Frightening and sad.
My one major change I have made to send a loving and living message to my cells is the word ‘old’ no longer exists in my vocabulary to describe anything to do with me - my physicality, or my mental acuity! At 68 I am wisening and my cells love this change! Try it… you’ll feel the difference!

I send my love, prayers, hopes, and desires - my loving light into the world for the creative re-imagining of a world at peace, where loves resides... My heart is full as I sit and hold space for the suffering of people, of our Earth, and of all the critters who scramble to find a way to survive as we encroach more and more as destroyer. May our hearts be open to be an attractor for the love that binds us together and flows through all life forms as our vital life force. May we choose courage and gravitate each moment of every day towards love...for yourself, our Mother Earth, and for all the various living forms, more and more! May we become hollow bones, united as one, for the flow of self-love to pass to and through the hearts choosing love, creating a wave of peace planting seeds in soil where only love abides.
