Billie (Deller) Carver, born March 21, 1930, in Little Rock AR, passed from this life to the next on April 24, 2026, at Golden Villa Nursing Home in Atlanta TX. She was 96 years old and a resident of Queen City TX.

Billie is preceded in death by her husband John B. Carver; mother Myrtle (Sheridan) Oury; stepfather Charles Oury; and brother-in-law George “Rudy” Eller.

She is survived by son John Stewart Carver and wife Vickie of Queen City TX; sister Patricia Eller of Fort Worth TX; grandchildren Jonna Bynum, and Heath Carver; great-grandchildren Dakota Carver, Alex Carver, Mason Austin, Laken Linn, and Greer Carver; great-great-grandchildren Austin Linn, Colson Linn, Brooks Linn, and Baylor Austin; and numerous other relatives and dear friends.

She was a devoted Christian whose faith guided her life each day. Her kindness, compassion, and love for others reflected her deep belief, leaving a lasting legacy of faith and grace.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Queen City Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 6:00pm-8:00pm. A graveside service in Billie’s honor will be held at Falls Chapel Cemetery in Lockesburg AR, on Thursday, April 30, 2026, beginning at 1:00pm. Interment will follow immediately.

Carl Michael Moyers, born April 13, 1956, in Monroe MI, passed from this life, surrounded by his family, on April 26, 2026, at his home in Queen City TX. He was 70 years old.

Carl is preceded in death by parents Eddie Joe Moyers and Rosemond Kathleen (McMurray) Moyers.

He is survived by his wife Dena Dianne (McDuff) Moyers of Queen City TX; son Joshua Michael Moyers of Collierville TN; daughter Christina Kay Moyers of Douglassville TX; sisters Sandy Cox of Monroe MI, and Jill Gowdy and husband Rob Of Monroe MI; grandchildren Kyler Clayton, Kaydence Chamblee, Rhyder Barnes, Mila Barnes, Zoe Moyers, Levi Moyers, and Evan Moyers; great-grandchildren Ally Clayton and Cavin Clayton; cousin Charles “Randy” Risden and wife Yvonne of Livingston TX; brother-in-law Stephen McDuff and wife Danna of Atlanta TX; sister-in-law Lori Moore and husband BJ of Atlanta TX; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and dear friends.

Carl is being cremated under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home in Queen City TX. An interment service will be held at a later date.
