What Does It Mean to Have Poor Gut Health?

A healthy gut is essential to overall health. “Leaky gut” or a compromised digestive system can be the cause of a myriad of health problems such as food sensitivities, IBS, depression, poor immune system function, and fatigue, AI disorders, just to name a few.

According to a recent study,
