If you run consistently and your hips keep tightening back up…

it’s probably not a stretching problem.

It usually means something isn’t activating the way it should.

So you stretch… feel better for a bit…
then it comes right back.

That cycle is more common than people think.

There’s another way to look at it.

Most runners think tight hips = stretch more.

But if the muscles around your hips aren’t activating properly,
you can stretch all day and still feel the same.
