First Visit at Hava Java ☕🍓

Tried a new local spot today and it delivered. I originally went in for the Perfect Peach Energy smoothie, but they were sold out — and honestly, that turned out to be a win.

I document - YOU decide...

Just finished a burger and fries at Smashburger for the first time in probably over a year.

The burger itself? Absolutely phenomenal. 🍔

But what stood out to me most was how clearly I could taste the oil in the fries and tater tots.

Not from a place of judgment.
Not food paranoia.
𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

Once you spend enough time becoming intentional with what you consume, your body starts giving clearer feedback.

That’s one thing I’ve learned:
𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
