🌟 Majestic Adult Day Care Center: Growing with Grace and Purpose 🌟
We’re grateful to share that Majestic Adult Day Care Center is growing in membership and expanding our services. We now welcome seniors across a range of financial situations—including private-pay and long-term care insurance—alongside individuals who qualify for Medicaid Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC).
Our offerings include:
• Social Adult Day Care services that support social, physical, and emotional well-being.
• Care coordination for those eligible for MLTC, which may include personal care services as determined by the plan and state assessment.
• Wellness, community integration, and faith-based activities.

Important information: Eligibility and covered benefits for MLTC are determined by Medicaid rules and the enrollee’s plan after a required assessment. Majestic is not an insurance plan and is not endorsed by CMS. Services are also available on a private-pay basis.
