We’re gearing up for Breathe Queens – the first-ever Yoga & Wellness Festival in Southeast Queens 🌿💛 and we need your support to make it unforgettable!

Thankful for ALL of our students who speak our names in rooms we’ve never been in 🙌🏾

had the pleasure of meeting some amazing leaders and heavy contributors this season with the officers at DEPARTMENT OF PROBATION.

We were honored to not only break bread but to be introduced as THE FIRST BLACK OWNED HOT YOGA STUDIO for BLACK HISTORY MONTH 🖤💚❤️

We led a chair Yoga Class that was GENTLE but EFFECTIVE for the officers and it was a beautiful time! (They will say “gentle my a** 🤭)

They were all 100% satisfied and I felt even closer to God because everyday I have the opportunity to have more black people trying yoga for the very first time 💪🏾
