Let food be your medicine, or rather, don’t forget your food-ication.
It’s not just about eating healthy, but savoring food that brings you true JOY. 😊
This homegrown salad was just that.
It fueled my body,
my body felt joy,

Great for core, back, posture, strength and more.

Try wall planks or knee planks.

Newbie? Start small: 10-30 secs, then add 3-5 secs.

Tips:
*1. Breathe!
*2. Engage your shoulders and back by pushing your forearms down πŸ’ͺ🏾
*3. Elbows under shoulders, feel your core working, not your shoulder blades 🚫
*4. Squeeze those glutes.

Making a move
I saw someone do something similar somewhere. I said to myself that a good balance test. I should try it. Well I never did.
AND of course this fateful day, I saw tree stumps and nature which then made me think...
Hmmm... πŸ€” I wonder if I could do it?
I am in a dress. Maybe not. Well as you can see, it was more of me saying " I bet I could do it! " 😜 So I did.
I did it!
Now I have to try different variables.
On a chair, on a stair, hmm... maybe in heels. you just might see me doing this move.
Will you try it? Practicing different movements especially fun is a great way to strengthen.
