Let's be honest!
I haven't wanted to do anything. 🀎

My body hurts.
My calendar is full of appointments.
Deadlines exist.
And all I really want is to be still, feel held, and have someone handle the rest.

But I'm still here.
Still fueling myself.
Still showing up β€” even if it's quietly.

Some seasons don't look like momentum. They look like survival. And that still counts.

The 5-Minute Walk That Changed My Anxiety

Therapists say it.

5 minutes outside

β€” regulates your nervous system faster than almost anything.

I sometimes call mine a moving prayer.
I bring my worries ...well sometimes I leave my worries and let the ground remind me I'm held.

Try it once this week.
Even 3 minutes counts.

You don't need a perfect morning routine β€” you need a reset that works when everything is already off.

Here's the 3-minute morning practice I come back to when I've overslept, the kids are loud, and I haven't opened my Bible yet:

1️⃣ One deep breath with intention
2️⃣ One sentence of gratitude (spoken out loud)
3️⃣ One verse β€” even just a phrase

That's your altar. Right there in the chaos.
