This beautiful patient came to us after multiple pregnancies and prior breast augmentation looking for a more youthful, symmetric, and natural-looking result. Her previous implants had become slightly firm and indurated, and the left breast had developed noticeable droopiness compared to the right.

Through a carefully planned bilateral breast implant exchange with a left-sided symmetrizing periareolar mastopexy, we were able to subtly increase her volume while respecting the limits of her tissues and implant pockets — prioritizing long-term safety, softness, and minimizing the risk of recurrent capsular contracture.
