Outreach was proud to attend Mental Health News Education’s 2026 Leadership Awards Reception, celebrating four outstanding leaders whose work is making a meaningful impact on the lives of so many. Outreach COO Mary Brite serves on MHNE’s Board of Directors, reflecting our shared commitment to advancing behavioral health and community care. The event featured inspiring remarks from MHNE Executive Director David Minot, NYS OMH Commissioner Dr. Ann Marie T. Sullivan, and Dr. Jorge Petit, recently appointed Executive Deputy Commissioner for Mental Health at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. It was wonderful to connect with so many dedicated partners, colleagues, and friends — both longtime and new — who continue working together to strengthen mental health services across our communities.
