In yoga, many of us can get into the shape of a pose—
but not necessarily understand how the body is functioning within it.
在瑜珈練習中,我們或許能做到體式,

When alignment is unclear,
practice often becomes effortful, unstable, or uncomfortable over time.
當身體排列不清晰時,
練習可能變得費力、不穩定,甚至產生不適。
Alignment is not about perfection.
It is about finding a way to move that is safe, stable, and sustainable.

Over 6 weeks,
we will slow down, observe, and refine the way we practice—
so the body can begin to organize itself with more clarity and ease.
在六週的學習中,我們將放慢節奏、觀察並細緻調整練習,

When alignment becomes clear,
practice becomes more stable… and more free.
