線上昆達里尼瑜珈共修6/40

連續帶領功法冥想弟六天,每天6:20起床7點線上帶課,在這6天的過程裡我所感受到功法所帶來的效應是:不論發生多大多小的事情或問題都是可以被處理的,若是發生了無法處理的事物操心擔憂也是無益。把每一天的日子活好、過好,才是最有力量的一件事情。

停在動作裡五分鐘的時間剛開始感覺很輕鬆,慢慢地會開始感受到身體某些部位的疼痛或痠痛,整條脊柱開始慢慢地發熱,那些雜七雜八的思緒就莫名地飄入腦海裡,會升起想放下躲避疼痛的念頭,它只是個念頭,當你抓取的時候就被放大,不理它便無法影響你的心境。

當你開始萌生想放棄的想法往往是你的內部系統反抗調整最大化的時候,若能將專注力帶回到呼吸,很容易這個關卡就順過去了。回到呼吸的意思便是回到當下身體的感受裡,而非停留在大腦裡或思緒裡。

把呼吸引導成小周天模式導引,身體自然會變得更輕盈與自在,允許自己只是全然專注於氣息於體內的循環,很多事情自然都會變得更容易簡單。

當你能克服自己的習性,建立一套新的模式,自然自信心與力量會由內而生。這世界上最難掌控與管控的就是自身與自己的心智,管好自己的言行心念便無難事。

As we would like to align ourselves to whatever we would like to achieve, we all need a strong body and clear mind to overcome any unexpected situation . The Kriya I picked this time will focus on balancing the aura and brain, stimulating the body to detox. If your work needs a lot of brainstorming or you need to make a right decision in a short time, it will help you.

It will cooperate with a meditation to readjust from the subconscious so you’re able to create the change you want to be.

The basic Kundalini Yoga practice is to experience the Kriya or meditation for 40 days consistently. That’s the reason I created this online class to lead all of you to experience it. As long as there’s no specific family issue, I’ll be online every day.

What is faith?
Faith is a force accumulated over a long period of time from a belief that we deeply believe in. When we begin to doubt ourselves, the faith will be shaken.

For example, last year I temporarily put aside to practice and teach Kundalini Yoga (taught less) because I learned and practiced Theta Healing. Because my original belief was questioned by myself, at that time I doubted if there’s a shortcut of spiritual growth, why do I need to insist the harder one?

After more than half a year of doubting, I found that Kundalini Yoga is still my faith and the source of energy. Strengthening the body and nervous system is still important. It is also important to connect with the seven realms and shift my way of thinking and beliefs. Both of them are important.

What is important to you? What is unimportant? You can know the answer by the time and life experience.

What is yoga to you? Achieve some poses? Or enjoy the time with yourself? Or it’s a way to show that you insist to do something for yourself every time you step on the mat?

The meaning and value of something are all defined by yourself.

Your mind determines the world you see.

什麼是信仰?
信仰是由一個我們深信不疑的信念長時間累積而成的一股力量,當我們開始對自身產生懷疑的時候,自然信念也會動搖。

好比去年我因為學習了希塔療癒的修行方式而暫時放下了昆達里尼瑜珈的修行與教學(教得比較少),因為原先的信念受到我自己的質疑,當時的我認為既然修行有捷徑為何還要苦行(昆達里尼瑜珈的練習相對來說比較像苦行)。

經歷了半年多的割捨與體驗,我發現昆達里尼瑜珈依舊是我的信仰與能量來源,身體與神經系統的淬煉仍然是重要的,與七界相連轉換思維信念也是重要的,兩者都要!

什麼對你而言是重要的?什麼是不重要的?只有時間與經歷能帶你找到答案。

瑜珈對你來說是什麼?可以完成哪幾個動作?或是享受跟自己相處的時間?或是感受到每一次踏上墊子堅定自我的感覺?

一件事情的意義為何、價值為何,都是由自己內心來定義的。

你的心決定你所看到的世界。

After the almost three hours of journey, I think all of you know how important that your posture would affect your breathing and may create the trigger point in your body. The balloon is just a tool to train the deeper core muscles which can help you to control your breath and breathe easier.

2024年最後一場呼吸筋膜放鬆工作坊在上週日完成了,沒想到我教了將近3小時,通過工作坊我相信我已經將很關鍵的概念傳遞給學生-身體姿勢會影響你呼吸與是否會引發激痛點,氣球主要是來鍛鍊深層核心來協助我們達到呼吸控制與讓自身呼吸變得更輕鬆。

呼吸是我們最強大的淨化系統,提升新陳代謝與清理體內堵塞的空間,更是調節自律神經系統的唯一管道。

由於生活環境的變化與生活型態的轉變,現代人時常處在一種像是跟時間賽跑的緊繃裡,不自覺地改變自身呼吸方式與身體姿勢,過度地啟動交感神經系統,也讓我時常聽到學生們喊著肩頸痠痛、無法入睡、身體緊繃,為此而設計2.5小時的工作坊內容。

呼吸習慣的調整需要時間的練習,所以這堂課會再加入一些簡單的筋膜與激痛點按摩放鬆的練習,協助你們在家也能好好地照顧自己。

Breathing is the most powerful purification system, improving metabolism and cleaning the energy channels within our body. It is also the only way to balance our nervous system.

According to the environment and the living lifestyle had changed, modern people live under tons of the pressure from the whole society. People change the way they breathe unconsciously and over activate the sympathetic nervous system. That’s the reason I kept hearing about my students felt uncomfortable from their neck and shoulders, insomnia, body tightness. I designed this 2.5 hours workshop to share how you can adjust the way you use your body and breathing.

Changing the breathing habit takes time to practice, so I will add some simple fascia massage exercises to help you take care of yourself at home.

Please bring two tennis balls to participate the workshop.
