The CenterLight PACE team, along with participants from our Manhattan PACE Centers, joined Acacia Network for their annual and event — a beautiful multicultural event enjoyed by Hispanic, Asian and many other communities. Those in attendance enjoyed a delicious lunch, festive music, parranda, a traditional lion dance, and plenty of camaraderie.

We’re grateful to celebrate culture, community and connection with the communities we serve. Thank you to Acacia Network for hosting such a joyful event.

Earlier this week, participants celebrated by cooking (and enjoying) the flavorful chicken dish that originated in India and has become a favorite around the world. Did you know?? Curry is packed with spices like turmeric and ginger, which are known for their anti-inflammatory properties and heart-health benefits.

Our cooking classes are always a hit — giving PACE participants a chance to enjoy home-cooked meals made with love. 💙
