HIRING: Virtual Recruitment Specialist (Cold Calling & Lead Generation)
- Remote | Philippines-Based | Night Shift

PSS Home Care, a licensed home care agency based in Queens, New York, is looking for a Virtual Recruitment Specialist to help us source and interview qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs)/caregivers. If you have strong phone skills, BPO experience, and confidence in cold calling, this role is for you.

Job Details:
Full-Time | Work From Home | Night Shift (NYC Time) Salary: ₱30,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST(10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time)

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates
• Research and generate leads from training schools, job boards, and community groups
• Request referrals from current aides and other sources
• Conduct initial phone interviews
• Perform follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects
• Identify, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for HHA positions
• Join team huddles, prepare reports, and perform related tasks

Minimum Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in the Call Center or BPO industry
• Recruitment or HR background is a strong advantage
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

You Must Have
• Own laptop or desktop computer
• Clear headset with microphone
• Fast and stable internet connection
• Comfortable working night shift (NYC schedule)
• Professional, organized, proactive, and confident on the phone
