This will be our final Mindful Monday in this beautiful QT space — the room where so many of you have breathed, released, and returned to yourselves.

We’re moving on to new chapters — with Mindful Mondays at Spa Castle and the LIC Waterfront; already on the books — and we’ll share all the deets soon.

But for now, let’s come together one last time in this space, that we’ve created into a sanctuary.

For vinyasa, sound, and (optional) ear seeds.
For stillness. For connection. For gratitude.

One of my favorite moments from my Fairy-Tastic birthday bash?

The aura photos. Seeing love work in real time!

The first — taken before my fam arrived — showed a bright, fiery red. I meannnnn, Aries season— am I right!?
But the second pic — with my kids and hubs in the room (and my little dude Sage right beside me) — my aura instantly shifted to a soft blue and purple, calm and lightly colored.
And to me? That’s showing the alchemy of family.
They don’t “just” love me.
They *ground* me.
They *calm* me.
They are my home.

The Fairy Table was pure magic — watching you all create crystal wands, wrap selenite and adorning it with gold wire, flowers, feathers… and the *kids*? Oh, the kids. They were so sweet to watch create and decorate their wooden wands 🎵
Then they took a liking to the music and the pan drum, the ocean drums, the chimes, and helped to create their *own* soundbath. Daniel helped to guide them gently but they were also very instinctual.
Pure joy. Pure soul.

This night wasn’t about me “turning a year older”.
It was about all of us remembering how good it feels to pause, play, and simply, be held.

So thank you.
For the laughter.
For the stillness.
For the sparkle.
For making my heart so, so warm. 💛

This wasn’t just a ceremony.
It was a soft collision of soul spaces. 💛

So much gratitude for last week’s Mindful Monday: Heart Opening Cacao & Sound Ceremony —
co-created with the beautiful

📍held at Quintessential Therapy.

Carolina guided us with such grace through a heart-opening cacao circle — sharing beans sourced with love straight from her native homeland Colombia, grounding us in story, in sipping, in stillness.

Then, we moved — gently, somatically — to deepen the relaxation of the body…
And finally, surrendered into a deep sound bath, letting the frequencies carry what words couldn’t.

Mats, cushions, aromatherapy heated eye masks, warm cacao, cozy snacks — every detail was an invitation:
“Come as you are. Stay soft. Be held.”

I’m so grateful for moments like this — to celebrate our community, to create in collaboration, and especially, to co-create with like-minded moms in the wellness world.

There’s something so special about weaving healing with other mama-healers — it holds an extra soft place in my heart. We’re not just holding space — we’re *raising the vibration*, together.

LNY 🧧 Mindful Monday Recap:

We gathered under the Full Moon energy 🌕, to close the Year of the Snake… and step softly into the Year of the Fire Horse. 🐍 → 🐎

Thank you to everyone who showed up with such openness and heart. This wasn’t just a soundbath — it was a full sensory ritual of release, renewal, and quiet preparation.

Here’s what you experienced — and why each piece mattered:

🫖 Palo Azul Tea – Sipped at the start, this sacred blue herb supports cleansing and clarity. A quiet invitation to ground yourself and let go of what no longer serves.

🌿 Aromatherapy Eye Masks – Heated and lightly scented (lavender, chamomile, rose) to soothe the nervous system and soften the third eye — perfect for deep listening. + we used first response essential oil blend to further relax the body, mind and spirit.

🍊 Mandarins – Shared in honor of Lunar New Year. Their golden color symbolizes abundance; their sweetness, good fortune. A little edible blessing.

🎨 Watercolor Bookmarks – For those who felt called to be artsy + bring some calmness home with you. No rules, no pressure — just color flowing with feeling. (And a sweet little keepsake to carry the energy forward.)

🃏 Oracle Card Station – A gentle prompt before we began: *What do I need to hear as I step into this new cycle?* Some answers came in the cards. Others came in the silence. + bonus opportunity to dm us for a deeper interpretation of your card pull.

🌀 Somatic Breath + Sound Bath – Deep, slow breath to awaken the body. Then, crystal bowls, wind wand, and chimes to slow the mind and open the heart. Sound doesn’t fix — it *reminds*.

🫶 Group Reiki – As the sound played, I sent gentle energy to the circle. A quiet “I see you. You’re held.” No touch needed. Just intention.

This was more than self-care.
It was *soul-tending*.
And I’m so grateful we got to do it together.

I’m so excited to co-host this soulful pause with my dear friend who will lovingly guide us through a ceremonial cacao circle — followed by a gentle somatic movement practice with me, and then a deep soundbath to further melt into stillness.

A small cup of *raw, heart-opening cacao*, shared with intention. Carolina will invite us into presence, gratitude, and softness — cacao’s gentle warmth helping us feel more connected, more open, more here.
