To the women who straighten another woman’s crown without ever telling her it was crooked thank you. Those moments of encouragement, support, and belief can change everything.

So here's to strong women:
May we be them, may we know them, and
may we raise them.

I’m so grateful for the incredible women who have been part of my journey whether it was for a moment, a season, or a lifetime. Each one has taught me something, lifted me up, or reminded me of the power we hold when we support one another.

As a woman, a nurse, a mother raising a young daughter, and someone building businesses with a mission to help others, I don’t take that lightly. I’m proud to be part of a generation of women continuing to push forward, open doors, and break glass ceilings.

Not just for ourselves but for the girls watching us.

So the next generation grows up knowing they can lead, create, dream bigger, and do anything they put their minds to.

We are coming into flu/rsv season. No one needs to kiss your baby. No one needs to hold your baby unless you are comfortable with it. Everyone needs to wash their hands before holding your baby. These are some non-negotiables that I personally had when my daughter was born. I encourage you to have yours too.

You might have some people offended by whatever boundaries you choose to set, but at the end of the day you are protecting that precious vulnerable baby of yours and that’s ALL that matters.
