🎉🌮 Birthday celebrations are even sweeter when they happen out on the town!

Today we had the pleasure of celebrating Harry’s 94th birthday at El Jefe Mexican Mexican Kitchen and Tequilla Bar! The birthday lunch was made even better with a special treat — fried ice cream topped with a candle to make the day official. 🍨🎂

Learning never stops at Queenstown Landing! 💙

Our Wellness team recently hosted a hands-on Skills Lab for our caregivers and medication technicians to sharpen their knowledge and practice important skills that help keep our residents safe and well cared for.

During the session, we reviewed topics like resident elopement plans, identifying contraband in apartments, medication safety, proper use of lift equipment, and much more. These trainings are a great way for our team to refresh their skills, ask questions, and continue growing in their roles.

We are so proud of our dedicated team members who show up eager to learn and committed to providing the very best care for our residents every day! 👏

Our LifeStories residents had so much fun hunting for Easter eggs all around the community. There were lots of smiles, a little friendly competition, and plenty of colorful eggs to find! We were having so much fun that we only managed to snap a couple of photos along the way. 📸🐰🥚

Our dining rooms were full of smiles this Easter at Queenstown Landing! 🐰🌷

We were so excited to welcome over 100 residents, family members, and guests to enjoy a delicious Easter dinner together. Our culinary team truly outdid themselves with a wonderful meal that brought everyone together to celebrate the holiday.

And of course, the fun didn’t stop there… we even had a special visit from the Easter Bunny, who hopped by to spread some extra cheer and pose for a few photos!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a joyful celebration. Holidays are always sweeter when shared with our Queenstown Landing family. 💛

✨ Cheers to 5 Years! ✨

We had an absolutely roaring good time celebrating Queenstown Landing’s 5 Year Anniversary with a fabulous 1920s Gatsby-style party! 🥂 Residents and team members stepped back in time for an evening filled with music, laughter, and plenty of sparkle.

One of the highlights of the night was our super fun Prop Star Photo Booth, where everyone got to strike their best poses and capture some unforgettable memories! 📸

👑 The Kings Have Arrived! 👑

The gentlemen of our Men’s Club made a royal appearance today during their lunch outing to Burger King! Naturally, they each needed a Burger King crown🍔👑

Between plenty of laughs, a few thumbs-up approvals of the burgers, and some serious crown-wearing style, it’s safe to say the guys ruled the lunch hour today.

These two stole the show this week as they hit the dance floor and showed us how it’s done. Smiles, laughter, and a few great dance moves made for a perfect afternoon here at Queenstown Landing.

We love seeing moments like this—because around here, the music is always better when you have someone to dance with. ❤️🎶

We were so grateful to welcome members of the Kent Island Garden Club to Queenstown Landing this week. They spent the morning helping our residents get our raised garden beds started for the season in both our Assisted Living and LifeStories Memory Care neighborhoods.

From planting flowers to sharing gardening tips and plenty of smiles, it was a wonderful way to kick off spring together. Our residents loved getting their hands in the soil and working side-by-side with such a passionate group of gardeners.

We can’t wait to watch these beds grow! 🌼

Our residents had such a wonderful time today at the Kent Island Library enjoying a lively Irish dance and music performance! 🍀🎶

There’s nothing like the energy of traditional Irish music and the joy it brings to a room. One of the highlights of the day was watching all of the kids learn and perform their new Irish jigs!💃
