Hi Quilcene Yoga Friends,
I hope you have been enjoying the snow!

My roads are still loaded with snow, ice and a steep hill, so I won't be able to get to town tomorrow morning for yoga class- Feb 8th.
I hope you can practice some of what we have been working on in your home practice until we meet again, which I plan for Feb 15th unless we get another winter storm.
Please pass on the word to anyone you know that I may have missed
