This Memorial Day, we honor the heroes who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

As we spend time with family and friends today, we remember the sacrifice behind the freedom we often take for granted. We are deeply grateful for those who served with courage and for the families who continue to carry their memory.

Michael brings so much positivity, knowledge, and energy to our team every single day. He’s always smiling, fun to work with, and dedicated to helping both our patients and team succeed. We are incredibly grateful for all the hard work and care he pours into XCEL each day.

A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to wish one of our very own the best as she begins an exciting new chapter.

Kristen Gehring has been part of the XCEL family from the very beginning — truly one of the XCEL OGs. From day one, she has played such an important role in helping shape who we are, and we genuinely could not have done it without her.

Her kindness, incredible work ethic, and sense of humor — especially when trying to put up with all of us — has made a lasting impact on our team and everyone who has walked through our doors. Sometimes “thank you” just doesn’t feel big enough.

As life gets ready to change with baby number two on the way, it felt like the right time for Kristen to focus on this next season with her growing family. While we’ll certainly miss seeing her around XCEL for a little while, we’re incredibly grateful for all she’s poured into our team over the years — and we already look forward to the day we get to see her back at XCEL again.

Kristen, we are so excited to see all the joy this next phase of life brings you as a mom of two. Congratulations, and thank you for everything. Wishing you all the love, laughter, and special moments that come with this new adventure.

Great review from Donnette... "I chose Xcel for therapy for forefoot reconstructive surgery. I have come so far within 3 weeks of therapy. Mobility is amazing compared to first day I came in. I have had many issues along my recovery and every time I have came in with a different issue they address it that day and I walk out better than when I came in. Love their new app that gives details and demonstrations of at home exercises. The camaraderie there is fun and it is evident they enjoy working there with each other."
