Fuel your body with a bowl of comfort. 🥣🌿

If you are looking for a meal that is high in protein, packed with fiber, and perfect for immune support during the colder months, this is it.

Our Protein Power Chicken Soup is loaded with lean chicken and detox-friendly vegetables (like spinach and cauliflower). It’s the perfect "reset" meal to make in a big batch and enjoy all week long.

✨ Protein Power Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
🍗 3 lbs chicken breasts
🍅 2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (or 6 fresh ones)
🧅 1 ½ onions, chopped
🧄 3 garlic cloves, minced
🥣 3 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth (bone broth works great too!)
🥦 2 bags California blend vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots)
🍃 6 cups fresh spinach (or 3 cups frozen)
🧂 Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1️⃣ Pre-cook Chicken: Bake the chicken breasts in a dish with the onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.

2️⃣ Prep: Remove chicken and dice it into bite-sized chunks.

3️⃣ Simmer: In a large pot, combine the cooked chicken/onions with the broth, tomatoes, and all vegetables. Simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are tender. 4️⃣ Season: Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
