It tastes like Christmas in a cup!

Get cozy by the tree with our Peppermint Hot Chocolate. This healthy twist on a holiday classic captures all the festive magic—rich chocolate and cool peppermint—without the sugar overload. It’s the perfect warm hug on a cold winter night!

Ingredients:
▪️1 cup almond milk
▪️1 tbsp cocoa powder
▪️1/2 tsp peppermint extract
▪️Stevia to taste

Directions:

Just in time for Christmas!

The holidays simply aren't complete without the warm, spicy aroma of gingerbread filling the house. These Grain-Free Gingerbread Cookies are the perfect festive treat to bake this week! They deliver all that classic holiday flavor you love, molasses, ginger, and cinnamon, but without the gluten or refined sugar. It's the perfect way to enjoy a Christmas tradition, guilt-free.

Ingredients:
▪️1 1/2 cup almond flour
▪️1/4 cup arrowroot starch (plus extra for rolling)
▪️2 tsp ginger
▪️1/2 tsp cinnamon
▪️1/2 tsp sea salt
▪️1/4 tsp baking soda
▪️2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
▪️1/4 cup maple syrup
▪️1 tbsp molasses

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, arrowroot, spices, and baking soda. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and molasses. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
3. For Cutouts: Place dough in the freezer for 30 mins (or overnight) to firm up. Roll out on a pastry mat dusted with arrowroot starch and cut into festive shapes. ⭐️
4. For Simple Cookies: Roll dough into balls, roll in stevia (optional), and flatten on the baking sheet.
5. Bake at 350°F:
