Let's worry less about posture and focus more on movement!⁣

The more you move, the less posture matters.⁣

If you need to crank out an hour worth of emails, try not to sit like a gargoyle. Otherwise, focus more on taking small movement breaks every half hour.⁣

Here are some movement break ideas:⁣
🔷Climb the nearest staircase⁣
🔷20 squats⁣
🔷10 push-ups⁣
🔷Reach for the sky then touch your toes 10x⁣
