Even in late winter, when the landscape feels still and quiet, the earth remains steady beneath it all. Snow may cover the ground, but the roots are strong and the foundation is unwavering. So much of what we carry lives in the mind — looping thoughts, planning, tension. But the body offers a direct path back to steadiness. When we feel our feet, slow our breath, and connect to something solid beneath us, the nervous system begins to settle. Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder; it often comes from rooting deeper. This week at Eagle Eye Yoga, we practice returning to what supports us — steady breath, steady stance, steady presence.

Save the Date! Join the Eagle Eye Yoga community on Friday, March 20th from 6–8 PM as we gather to honor the Spring Equinox and the beautiful balance of light and dark. Together we’ll welcome renewal, growth, and new beginnings with meditation, a simple spring craft, seasonal snacks, and meaningful connection. We can’t wait to celebrate the shift of the season with you.

The shift between seasons is rarely dramatic. It happens gradually — in longer light, softer edges, subtle movement beneath frozen ground. When we pause long enough to notice, we begin to sense that change is already underway. This week, let yourself tune into the quiet transitions around you and within you, trusting that growth often begins long before it’s visible.

Sunday, March 1 is going to be something special. Join us for Live Music Flow, led by Liv, with the incredible musical talents of our own community members Ellyses Kuan and Jen Pearl creating the soundtrack in real time. Moving and breathing to live music adds a whole new layer of presence, energy, and connection—you truly have to feel it to understand it. Come flow with us and experience the magic of practice and community woven together.

Even with snow still on the ground, something is shifting. The light lingers a little longer. The air feels different. Beneath the surface, preparation is already underway. This week at EagleEyeYoga, we’re reflecting on the quiet beginnings of inspiration — the subtle stirrings that invite us forward. Not everything blooms at once. Sometimes it’s enough to simply notice what is awakening within.

Emotions and challenges are rarely “just in the mind.” They show up in the body — as tightness, warmth, heaviness, or lightness — offering clues about what needs attention. This week, when you notice a strong feeling, pause and tune inward. Let your body guide you with gentle curiosity, meeting each sensation with presence rather than judgment.

02/17/2026

It might not feel like it, but Spring is on the horizon, and we have some beautiful gatherings ahead. Join us for March Moon Circle with Carlie, flow to live music at Live Music Flow with Ellyses Kuan, and celebrate the shift of the season at our Spring Equinox Community Event. These experiences are designed to help you connect, reflect, and welcome the lighter energy of Spring—together.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re feeling deeply grateful for our Eagle Eye Yoga community — for the shared breath, the support, the laughter, and the way we hold space for one another. Love shows up here not just in words, but in presence, connection, and care. Thank you for being part of this community. 🤍

Heart-led choices often feel quieter than reactive ones. They invite us to slow down, soften, and meet each moment with honesty rather than habit. This week, let awareness guide your responses, trusting that compassion and clarity naturally arise when you listen inward.

February still has some magic left. Join us for our remaining pop-ups this month—intentional experiences designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset as winter continues to unfold. From cozy movement to deep rest and mindful connection, these offerings are all about nourishing your body, calming your nervous system, and sharing space in community.
