Even in late winter, when the landscape feels still and quiet, the earth remains steady beneath it all. Snow may cover the ground, but the roots are strong and the foundation is unwavering. So much of what we carry lives in the mind — looping thoughts, planning, tension. But the body offers a direct path back to steadiness. When we feel our feet, slow our breath, and connect to something solid beneath us, the nervous system begins to settle. Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder; it often comes from rooting deeper. This week at Eagle Eye Yoga, we practice returning to what supports us — steady breath, steady stance, steady presence.
