We’ve Expanded Services for Veterans and Their Families!

Transitions has expanded behavioral health services for veterans and their families. While the agency has always served veterans and their families, the agency has now enhanced those services by hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is a veteran.

We know that having a staff member who understands military culture is critical to engaging with veterans. Having a therapist who is also a veteran will strengthen that engagement.

We can accept many of the insurance programs for veterans, such as Tri-Care, Optum, and VA Healthcare. For those veterans and their families who are not enrolled in any of these insurance plans, the agency will establish a fee based upon family income and family size.

If you are a veteran who is struggling, call us at (217) 223-0413 or simply walk into 4409 Maine Street between 8 AM - 4 PM Monday thru Thursday and between 8 AM - 3 PM on Friday. No appointment is needed!

We are here for you today. Walk-in intakes until 3pm. Your mental health care begins here!www.twi.org
