Hello everyone!

Are you concerned about your kids navigating big emotions, building confidence, setting boundaries, and forming healthy relationships? Many kids gravitate towards screens because it’s familiar and comfortable, but there’s a whole world within them that’s waiting to be explored.

I’m hosting an in-person workshop in Norwell this October to help kids and teens develop emotional intelligence, confidence, and communication skills through holistic wellness and coaching modalities.
