This weekend we move the clocks forward... Here are some Tips to help children transition during Daylight Savings time.

Daylight Savings Time means more daylight hours but often can disrupt your child's sleep schedule. It can be helpful to try to move bedtimes earlier so that the total amount of sleep stays consistent. For younger kids this also means moving naps earlier. It is helpful to maintain good sleep habits which include limiting screen time before bed, having a nighttime routine (without screens), and getting regular outdoor activity during the day.

Phew- Our QPA Elves have been busy this week! Fredrick has been watching us in the Quincy office and Holly arrived from the North pole into our Marshfield office! Our patients have been as entertained as we are!
