And that’s a simple answer - a fit club is simply a weekly get together to work out! We will get together each week and do about a half hour to an hour workout. The only thing that you must do is commit that you are going to be keeping yourself fit and healthy on the off days! Getting together with other people to work out and have fun is a great motivator to get yourself on track and motivated to get fit and healthy in time for the New Year!!! Each week we will do a different workout and most importantly HAVE FUN! Our Mission:

Help getting more people involved to tackle their health & fitness!!!! That’s it, again there is NO fee to come and work out with a group of people. You are getting a free workout each week!!! Simply bring yourself, a bottle of water, a towel, a positive & motivating attitude and your friends! BUT I’M NOT FIT & WON’T BE ABLE TO KEEP UP…. Each week we will have a new and exciting workout for you to do and there will ALWAYS be modifiers. You can stop and take a break whenever you need to! This is about building relationships and having more people involved to take the steps to getting healthier TOGETHER, NOT about who can do more pushups or crunches. Healthy Snacks: We will be serving healthy snacks and providing Free taste testings of Shakeology. When you arrive tell them who sent you.
