QTown Fitness started in WestView on April of 2012. This community of people grew into a family of owners, coaches and friends who worked together to open QTown Fitness in August of 2012. From the beginning it has been our vision to develop a community of people that support each other in achieving their health and wellness goals. In addition to Cross Training classes, we also offer a Living Fit Class which combines low-impact strength training, mobility and functional movement exercises.

Home for the Holidays – Bodyweight Chipper
For Time:
• 50 Air Squats
• 40 Sit-ups
• 30 Lunges (15/leg)
• 20 Push-ups
• 10 Burpees
🎁 Rest 1 min
Then go back up the ladder:
• 10 Burpees
• 20 Push-ups
• 30 Lunges
• 40 Sit-ups
• 50 Air Squats

Merry EMOM – No Equipment
20 Min EMOM: (rotate)
1️⃣ 40-sec Fast Jog in Place or High Knees
2️⃣ 15 Air Squats
3️⃣ 12 Burpees
4️⃣ 20 Sit-ups or V-ups

Naughty or Nice?– Pick Your Path
Choose Naughty (harder) or Nice (easier).
Naughty (15 min AMRAP):
• 10 Burpees
• 20 Jump Squats
• 30 Mountain Climbers (each knee)
Nice (15 min AMRAP):
• 10 Step-back Lunges
• 10 Push-ups
• 20 Toe Touches

Elf Express – Short & Spicy
5 Rounds for Time:
• 10 Burpees
• 20 Air Squats
• 30-sec Plank

Reindeer Run– Walking/Running Mix
20–30 min:
Alternate every 2 minutes:
• 2 min Run or Brisk Walk
• 2 min Bodyweight Strength (alternate rounds)
Round 1: 20 squats
Round 2: 10 push-ups
Round 3: 20 lunges
Round 4: 10 burpees
Repeat

Which would you go for first? LETS HEAR IT!!! 🚨

Option A: Dumbbells
Great for unilateral work (left vs right independently)
More freedom in movement and angles
Often safer for beginners to handle on their own
Excellent for accessory lifting and filling in weaker areas

Option B: Barbells
Allows for heavier loads → more potential for strength gains
Central, foundational lifts (like squats, deadlifts, bench)
Easier to track progress (increase the barbell by set increments)
Often preferred for serious strength training
