We had a fun and festive time celebrating Fat Tuesday this afternoon! The room was filled, with the lively sounds of New Orleans jazz, setting the perfect Mardi Gras mood.
Our incredible Chef Bridget, truly outdid herself, with a Southern-style feast, that everyone raved about!! The menu featured crispy Fried Catfish, golden Shrimp, creamy Macaroni & Cheese, and perfectly seasoned Fried Okra. And for dessert, she prepared a scrumptious “King’s Cheesecake!”
Our sweet Joanne, was thrilled to win a fun little prize, after finding the marshmallow “baby” in her slice!! 🤗
And of course… what’s Mardi Gras, without a little something fun to sip?… so We enjoyed Margaritas, and a variety of wines, along with Iced Tea, and lemonade!
