As a member of LivFitness you have the option to train at my studio or in the comfort of your home with Zoom or LivFit Vids. Whatever option you choose, I will be there with you to provide support and accountability. I will communicate with you personally to provide any motivation and support you might need to stay on track and get the results you are looking for. The LivFitness training program is effective, research-based, and adaptable to the needs of each client. I take all the guesswork out of exercising so your workouts can be stress-relieving rather than stress-provoking. I deliver an inclusive and supportive training environment that lets all my clients know that they belong. I created the schedule to be balanced and realistic for busy lives. I pride myself on bringing simplicity back to exercise programming without frills or complicated guides. All you have to do is show up!

My Favorite Summer Smoothie
Light, filling, and totally refreshing!

Ingredients:
• 3 cups fresh watermelon (blend first)
• 2 cups frozen strawberries
• 10 fresh mojito mint leaves
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 handfuls of baby spinach (I keep a big box in the freezer just for smoothies!)

Directions:
1.Start by blending the watermelon until smooth.
2.Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
3.Pour, sip, and feel instantly refreshed!

Tip: Frozen spinach works great in smoothies and makes it super easy to always have greens on hand!
