We just got back from our Keeping the Blues Alive XI cruise and here are a few clips. A lot of great bands and fantastic performances. My favorite: Los Lonely Boys. If you ever get a chance to see them live, do it. You won’t regret it. Now it’s back to the grind. Have a great day✌🏾

Yesterday’s biceps, triceps and forearms workout. Not a lot of weight but still got a good workout. I usually don’t isolate my bis and tris, I let my push/pull days handle it.
But I think I’m going to add them to my routine. Have a great weekend everyone✌🏾
