BRRRR 🥶 it's cold here in Boston and I just wanna curl up on my couch under my heated blanket and watch cooking shows!!!
But that makes me sooo sleepy and sluggish & bloated..so if you want an EASY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT THIS WINTER ❄️ keep that body moving 🙌

Stay hydrated. Ditch the soda. (And the alcohol- sorry) Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces (not all at once)
