FACT #1: Did you know that most people maintain their weight year round and add 3-5lbs the last 6 weeks of the year?

And over 20 years, they gain 40-80lbs.

That’s how most people gain. No joke. That simple.

There are obviously the outliers who gain 50lbs in 6 months from some sort of trauma, but most people just very slowly gain weight over time.

Many think it’s their metabolisms slowing down...but in reality...they just gain it over the holidays and then go back to maintenance.

And they do it again...and again...and again. Year in, year out.
So when most people want to “take off” is when we all should be DOUBLING DOWN.

FACT #2: People who lose weight BEFORE January/New Year's Resolutions are 7x more likely to keep it off for good.

Why? Probably something to do with the psychology of sacrifice, priorities, and starting NOW not later (which means never or when it is convenient--also never).
