This amazing smile journey highlights the power of early orthodontic intervention using an RPE (Rapid Palatal Expander) and facemask appliance 🙌

🦷 Before:
Our patient presented with an underbite caused by a narrow upper jaw and forward positioning of the lower jaw.

🔧 Treatment:
We used an RPE to gently widen the upper jaw, combined with a facemask appliance to guide proper jaw growth and alignment.

🌟 After:
A healthier bite, improved facial balance, and a confident smile! Early treatment made all the difference.

This patient presented with spacing issues throughout the teeth. Treatment was completed using metal braces to close the spaces and improve overall alignment. To help maintain the results long term, a bonded lingual retainer was placed behind the upper front teeth.
