Got up at 445a, which is a huge feet for me, to be at Kroc to workout at 530a, since I failed yesterday, yes I know it’s Saturday, to get there to find out they don’t open till 7a, really? so I go home & workout in my basement/gym/spa/hangout, can’t wait to get my garage gym finished, with doors & equipment, so if anyone is selling any please let me know! Oh then I find out it’s National Fitness Day!! Well I guess it worked out that I did get up early & gotter done!!! 💪🏻

Celery Juice! I’m kinda liking it!! I may have to invest in a nice juicer. Has anyone tried it, done the 3 day cleanse with it, what results have you noticed?
