Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I value your time and ask that you respect mine as well.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.
Payment must be made before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Repeat Missed Appointments

Clients with repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may be required to prepay for future appointments or may no longer be scheduled.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time to receive your full session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Most people think massage is just about muscles, but one of the biggest benefits is how it supports your nervous system.
