A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Veterans' Breakfast Volunteers!
At our last City Council meeting, Mayor Dunn presented the Mayorโs Certificate of Achievement to several volunteers!
The certificate read as follows:
โIn recognition of your outstanding dedication and service to our community, I, Randy Dunn, Mayor of Quitman, Texas, hereby express our sincere gratitude for your selfless volunteerism in helping support the monthly Veterans' Breakfast at the First United Methodist Church of Quitman.
Your commitment to honoring our Wood County Veterans, their spouses, and caregivers through this monthly gathering demonstrates the true spirit of community service. Your efforts provide a valuable opportunity for fellowship, support, and appreciation for those who have served our nation.
On behalf of the City of Quitman and its residents, we commend your exemplary leadership and tireless dedication to improving the lives of our local heroes. Thank you for all that you do!
