This role specifically focuses on putting together plates with sides and main items — perfect for someone who loves fast-paced food service and teamwork. 🤝💪

Applicants must be 18 years or older 🔞 due to equipment and job requirements.

Please understand, we are mobile and shifts can last 8 to 10 hours depending on the day and event schedule. 📅🚚

Please note: this is a food truck — in the summer, it gets hot 🔥 (even with A/C thanks to the griddle and fryers), and in the winter, it can get cold ❄️. We need someone tough, hardworking, and not afraid of a little heat or chill! 💪☀️❄️
