It has been a very busy week and we have gotten behind on our introductions!! So, we will end this week on a very special one! We would like to introduce everyone to one of our Medical Directors

Dr. Gulde earned both his medical degree (1996) and Internal Medicine residency (1999) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He practices in Sulphur Springs, TX with Christus Mother Frances.

He is married to his beautiful wife Amy, has 3 children and 5 grandchildren! Heโ€™s also a fighting Texas Aggie at heart!

As Hospice Medical Director, Dr. Gulde brings over 20 years of dedicated Hospice and Palliative Care experience, grounded in a strong clinical background and a deep commitment to compassionate patient care.

Our โ™ฅ๏ธโ„‚๐•™๐•ฃ๐•š๐•ค๐•ฅ๐•ž๐•’๐•ค ๐”ผ๐•๐•ง๐•–๐•ค๐Ÿ’š are still busy!!!๐ŸŽถ โ€œItโ€™s the most wonderful time of the year!โ€

A dream ๐Ÿ’ญ started by sisters ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ backed by a company that grew into a businessโ€ฆ. But their employees, now THEY have grown into a ๐‘ญ๐’‚๐’Ž๐’Š๐’๐’š! Their hearts never started 2 sizes too small so you can only imagine how big they are! โ™ฅ๏ธ This groupโ€ฆ could never be described as anything but family!!! Last night we were able to celebrate in a แ˜œแ–‡Iแ‘Žแ‘•แ•ผTแ—ฉแ”•TIแ‘• way!!! ๐Ÿ’š Thank you Lindsey and Kayla for a taking a chance on all us hoodlums!! We love you most!!

Hey my name is Tara Clanton and I have been a Registered Nurse since Valentineโ€™s Day 2013! I will celebrate my 9th year as a hospice nurse in January. Hospiceโ€ฆ what I have been called to do in my heart! I have helped countless patients over my 9 year journey achieve comfort and their ultimate healing. Every patient and family brings something to me and my table and I will always be thankful for the love and relationships I have formed in the past and those that lie ahead in my future.

I married Cory in 2009 and we have 2 amazing children, Madilynn (16) and West (10). In my time away from work I am always spending time with my family and keeping up with the kids and their activities! I love a good book and we are in my favorite time of yearโ€ฆ Christmas! ๐ŸŽ„

As my hospice career continues with Aspen, Iโ€™m committed to providing the same dignity, comfort, and compassion in the years ahead as I have throughout my journey so far. It remains an honor to walk beside patients and families during some of lifeโ€™s most tender moments. โ™ฅ๏ธ

I am the Aspen Hospice East Texas Branch Manager. Before stepping into this role in December 2024, I spent 13 wonderful years as an L&D bedside nurseโ€”a chapter that shaped my heart and my commitment to caring for families during lifeโ€™s most meaningful moments.

In my role as Branch Manager, I have the privilege of leading an incredible team dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered hospice care across East Texas. I work closely with our nurses, aides, social workers, and support staff to ensure that every family receives the comfort, dignity, and guidance they deserve during some of lifeโ€™s most challenging times. Supporting my team so they can care for others well is truly an honor.

Iโ€™ve been married to my husband, Corey, for 20 years, and together we have three amazing kids: Kori (17), Ashtyn (11), and Cole (9). In my free timeโ€ฆ well, there really isnโ€™t any! ๐Ÿ˜„ Kori and Ashtyn show cattle, so most of our weekends are spent at livestock shows and cheering on the kids in all their activities.

Iโ€™m grateful for this opportunity to serve our community and look forward to building relationships and supporting families with compassion, dignity, and heart. ๐Ÿ’™

Howdy! My name is Rob Fenley. I was born and raised in Lufkin, Texas. I graduated from Texas A&M (WHOOP) and spent 6 years after graduation working for a church in College Station, Texas. That is where I met my wife, Haley, who Iโ€™ve been married to for 6 amazing years. We have a daughter, Lanie, who just celebrated her first birthday! We also have a lab named Lucy, who I call my first born. I love sports, especially A&M football, and try to stay active when I can. In my free time I love to play with my daughter, eat hot Cheetos, and watch A&M sports!

Iโ€™ve always been fascinated by medicine and moved by a deep desire to serve my community. That is why when my wife and I moved to Tyler in 2021, I decided to pursue a career in nursing. After receiving my degree, I gained valuable experience in the Neuro ICU where I worked for two years. While I enjoyed my time in the ICU, by far the most meaningful moments of my job were those where I could connect with patients and families who were going through very difficult times. This is why I was so interested in the opportunity to work as a Hospice nurse. Over the last few months Iโ€™ve greatly enjoyed working with our amazing team as we connect with and care for patients and families in our community.
