In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Lung meridian is associated with breath, grief, and our ability to let go, while the Heart meridian relates to joy, connection, and emotional well-being. When these energy pathways are supported, we often feel more open, calm, and resilient both physically and emotionally.
This slow, floor-based practice uses long-held, supported postures to gently stimulate the connective tissues, fascia, and meridian lines of the chest, upper back, shoulders, and inner arms. Through mindful breathing and stillness, we’ll create space across the heart center and encourage full, steady breath into the lungs.
