A recommendation was made, supported, and the vessel was repositioned to a safer standby distance while maintaining readiness. Clear communication with the facility ensured the operation stayed coordinated throughout.

While working aboard the M/V Bison, Jonathan was recognized by Capt. Lance Farrell for the example he set during cargo operations. Capt. Farrell noted Jonathan taking time to guide a third-party crew member on deck, explaining safe loading practices, positioning tote tanks for valve access in the event of leaks, and making sure everyone stayed clear of loads and pinch points.

His willingness to share knowledge and look out for others reflects the kind of teamwork that supports a strong safety culture across the fleet.
