In-Person + Virtual Fashion Design School, Atelier + Boutique ✨ We offer Sewing, Fashion Illustration, and Pattern-making lessons; Custom Tailoring + Design, Vintage Refashioning and more! I have been in the fashion industry for nearly 20 years, working with Designers such as Oscar De La Renta in NYC and have since owned my own brick and mortar fashion atelier/boutique in Chicago. An eternal student myself, I earned my B.A. in Environment, Textile and Apparel Design/Business from UW Madison and taught my first in 2009 - and continue to offer specialized youth development and adult programming for local organizations from WI to Africa. Currently, I am developing my own sustainable ready-to-wear line, mentoring entrepreneurs and launching this virtual fashion design studio, for YOU! So that WE, can do our part for Mother Nature and help heal this planet by re-imagining the clothing that we have.

One class we will create a Mood (inspiration) board and design an original fashion garment design (July 22nd), and the Try it Thursday class (June 26th) you will be able to choose one work from the museums collection as your inspiration - that’s the difference. 😁
