Tomorrow is Samantha's last regular Gentle Yoga class at Mandala Yoga. Please join her for class! She's also covering the 9am time slot with Vinyasa, so you get two chances to grab a class with her. She'll still be around subbing classes here and there.

Somebody's birthday is on Tuesday and we need your help celebrating her. Join us for Chloe's 11:00 a.m. Vinyasa class and stay afterwards for some gluten-free cupcakes and maybe some ice cream. If you can't make class, feel free to join us in the lobby afterwards. We encourage you to sign up for class in advance.

Starting on Thursday, March 19, we are adding Mandala Mobility Flow to our regular class schedule. Shawn will be leading you through a blend of traditional Vinyasa blended with mobility drills. This is the perfect class for people looking to challenge themselves and move smoothly and capably through life. If you're an athlete looking to add yoga into your routine, this is the perfect entry point.
