✨ Andrea is leading a 4-week series dedicated to introducing you to mat Pilates.
➡️ Over the course of four weeks, we will meet for one hour every Thursday from 7-8pm. She will focus on helping you build a strong foundation and feel confident in your body. She will guide you through the essential Pilates movements, focusing on breath, control, and stability while developing core strength and body awareness.
➡️ There will be options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced variations—so you can progress at your own pace and continue to challenge yourself as you grow. This series offers a supportive and welcoming environment to learn and grow. Mandala Yoga Racine fosters an inclusive space where everyone can feel grounded, centered, and connected.
