Thank you so much to all the Sovereign Sisters who showed up for themselves and for one another at our Winter Solstice mini retreat with Jen and Lauren. ✨ It was incredibly empowering to be in the presence of such powerful, inspiring women. A heartfelt thank you to Jen and Lauren for creating such a divinely beautiful and meaningful event. 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone who came to my very first sound journey tonight. Your presence truly made it special. 🥣

I heard about some incredibly powerful experiences from those who attended, and I’m deeply honored to have helped facilitate that space. 🥣

During the later, second journey—after my nerves had settled—I had a beautiful moment. I looked out at the room and, in my mind, shared with my mom how grateful I am to be doing something I love now, after her leaving. I know she heard me. I felt her proud mama essence with me in that moment. 🫶🥰

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

⭐️If you told me even a year ago that I’d be doing something that brings my purpose and creativity together in a way that fills me with so much joy, I never would’ve believed you.

⭐️Offering one-on-one sound sessions, collaborating with others in our community, and creating sound baths and sound journeys has helped me feel like I’ve truly found my calling. I’ve always loved music and the way sound can support us—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Now I get to share that in a way that helps people reconnect, release, and realign.
