Dr.Okland has an advanced proficiency rating in a low-force adjusting technique which utilizes a hand-held instrument. Chiropractic is the science of art of locating and correcting spinal nerve interference. When spinal bones are misaligned, it causes irritation or pressure on the nerves. Chiropracors call this "Vertebral Subluxation". Since nerves ultimately control the function of every muscle, organ, and gland of the body chiropractors have found that this nerve interference is the cause of many of the problems that we experience.
