🎄A BIG THANK YOU to Christa Bauer with the Racine Heritage Museum for her fun and festive presentation on Holiday Traditions in Racine☃️🧸! She took us on a journey down memory lane and we learned about many different holiday traditions in Racine over the past 100+ years! And we got to share some of our own holiday traditions🎅!

🌶🧅🍅Our 1st Annual Chili Fest was a HUGE SUCCESS!
We got to sample a White Bean Chicken Chili, a Vegetarian Chili, a Chili-stuffed Cornbread Muffin, and a Traditional Chili.
And there were all "the fixings" - sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, Fritos, avocado slices, chopped onion, and crackers.
The chilis were a delicious treat on such a nice Fall Day😋!
Congratulations to our very own head cook, Angelique, for preparing the winning chili🥇👏!!

🎃Our Bloody Mary Social Hour for Halloween was SO MUCH FUN!
The Bloody Marys were so good nobody even missed the alcohol!

🎦👏Thanks SO MUCH once again to Christa Bauer, Curator of Education, at the Racine Heritage Museum for her entertaining and informative presentation on the history of the Underground Railroad in Racine County and why it was important.
Our residents really enjoy learning about the rich history of all things Racine County Wisconsin !
