Jessica Dorner, LPC Licensed Professional Counselor Jessica specializes in working with children and their families. She also enjoys working with adolescents and young adults.

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who holds Master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and School Counseling from Marquette University. Jessica has provided counseling services in home-based and partial hospitalization treatment settings, as well as educational and crisis settings in Wisconsin for 7 years prior to joining Pathways Consulting in 2012. Jessica’s theoretical orientation is eclectic, most often utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused models, and play therapy with children. She strongly values continuing education and enjoys learning new and creative therapeutic approaches. Jessica also believes the therapeutic relationship is an important part of therapy and spends time building this relationship with each client. Areas of interest include: adjustment, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, depression, grief, parenting support, relationship issues, and social skills.
