Apple cider vinegar is tangy and a lot of people are not a fan, I get it.
But take a glance at the possible benefits…Could you maybe get over the tang for the positive benefits?
Take 1-2 tablespoons in a small glass, add a little water, and just get it down. It's over quick - and maybe you will see something change for the better.
