If you stare at a computer, phone, or tablet for hours a day, you might be dealing with Digital Eye Strain. Screens emit blue light, which can contribute to eye fatigue, dry eyes, and even disrupt your sleep cycle!

Quick Tip: Try the 20-20-20 Rule.
Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. It gives your eye muscles a much-needed break.
