March is Social Work month and we are so grateful for ALL of our social workers from each of our three offices. Our social workers support our patients, families, and staff in so many ways! They facilitate family meetings, advocate for end-of-life wishes, provide education to families, help with Medicaid applications, caregiver suggestions, FMLA paperwork, funeral home/burial/body donation options, home safety, deliver patient supplies, and much more! 👏🏻👏🏻
