Wondering if hospice is the right choice? If you’re considering hospice but not sure what it is or how it could help, you might benefit from a one-time informational visit. A member of our hospice care team can meet with the patient and their family to provide information about care options, what hospice offers, role of the hospice team as well as responsibilities of the patient’s caregiver. An informational visit is free of charge and does not require a physician’s order.
