Important Client Communication Reminder

To ensure clear communication and continuity of care, I kindly ask all clients to verify that the office has your current email address and phone number on file and to download the SimplePractice Client Portal app.

At this time, I am currently out of the office due to illness, and appointment updates or notices are being sent through the client portal and email system. Having accurate contact information and access to the app helps ensure that you receive important notifications in a timely manner.

Recently, we have also seen an increase in clients arriving at the wrong appointment times or missing scheduled sessions. The SimplePractice app allows you to easily:

• View and confirm upcoming appointments
• Receive important office announcements and updates
• Communicate directly with the office through the secure portal
• Request or manage appointments without confusion

Using the client portal helps maintain clear communication, continuity of care, and accurate scheduling for everyone.

If you have not already done so, please take a moment to download the SimplePractice Client Portal app and confirm that your email and phone number are current in your account.

To ensure better organization and protect client information, text messaging is no longer available for communication with the office.

Existing Clients:
Please communicate through the SimplePractice Client Portal or call the office directly for scheduling, questions, or appointment changes.

New Clients:
Appointments must be requested through the Client Portal, where you can view available openings and submit a request. Submisson does not guarantee an appointment, you must receive the confirmation email that the appointment request has been accepted.

Volunteer Needed for Bodywork Session

Hello! I am seeking one volunteer for a bodywork session lasting approximately 2 hours.

This session will take place in a mentoring environment as I guide a new Massage Therapist. We are looking for someone who is comfortable receiving massage therapy in a professional teaching setting.

Requirements:
• Must complete intake paperwork
• No absolute contraindications
• No recent surgeries or acute injuries
• Comfortable in a professional, instructional environment

This is a professional setting, so please inquire only if you are serious and meet the criteria.

The session will be held in Raeford, NC. Exact location and additional details will be provided once confirmed.

Existing clients are welcome to volunteer.
