I am a seasoned movement and recovery professional with over 15 years of personal yoga practice and 8 years of professional teaching experience. My background includes assisted stretch therapy, yoga, and personal training, allowing me to support clients in improving mobility, reducing pain, and building sustainable strength.
I completed my assisted stretch certification through Stretch Zone and worked as a stretch therapist for over a year before continuing on to open my own wellness business. I have also worked alongside a massage therapy practice in Palmer, Alaska, providing yoga and assisted stretch services to enhance therapeutic massage outcomes.
In addition, I bring over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, with a strong foundation in group exercise. I am currently self-employed and have been for the past decade, offering in-person services as well as online personal training. My approach is professional, client-focused, and centered on safe, effective movement tailored to each individual.”
