I LOVE working with tuning forks & solfeggio frequencies!!!
These add a nice frequency healing element to any massage!
The music I have playing during your session? Solfeggio frequency music… usually on 528 hz which is the miracle tone, it helps with DNA repair and is also the frequency for unconditional love 💗 (this can be adjusted to your specific needs per request)
Tuning forks can be added on to any massage for just $20!
(I’m currently in process of designing more offerings to include a wider range of tuning fork applications both on the body and sound healing so stay tuned for more updates!) 🥰
There comes a moment, when you work closely with sound and vibration long enough, that the idea of “frequency healing” stops being an abstract concept and becomes something deeply tangible.
I have felt it in my own body, and I have watched it unfold in others.
The first thing people often notice when sound is applied intentionally—whether through tuning forks, instruments, or carefully directed vibration—is not something dramatic or mystical. It is usually a shift in coherence. Breathing slows. Muscles soften. The nervous system begins to move out of its defensive posture.
You can feel the body listening.
When a clear tone enters the field of the body, it does not simply travel through the ears. Sound moves through the bones, through the fluids, through the tissues. The human body is largely water, and water conducts vibration remarkably well. When the tone is steady and well tuned, the body often begins to synchronize with it. Tension patterns that were held unconsciously begin to unwind.
Receiving this kind of work can feel surprisingly physical. Sometimes it is warmth moving through an area that had felt stagnant. Sometimes it is a gentle pulsing sensation as circulation increases. Other times it manifests as emotional release, as the nervous system lets go of patterns it has been holding for years.
Administering the work brings its own revelations.
When you place a resonant instrument near the body and allow it to sing, you can feel when the tone enters an area that is already balanced. The sound moves smoothly, almost effortlessly. But when the vibration meets an area of congestion or strain, something different happens. The tone can wobble, scatter, or dampen. It is almost as if the body is speaking back through the instrument.
With patience, as the vibration continues, that resistance often begins to change. The tone stabilizes. The body absorbs the sound more evenly. What was once rigid becomes fluid again.
Over time you begin to realize that the body is not just a biochemical machine. It behaves more like an orchestra of oscillations. The heart keeps rhythm. The brain produces waves of electrical activity. Cells communicate through subtle electromagnetic exchanges. Every system has its own tempo.
Health appears when these rhythms cooperate.
When they fall out of harmony, the body becomes tense, chaotic, and inefficient. Sound and vibration can act like a tuning reference, gently reminding the system of a more coherent pattern.
The experience leaves a lasting impression on anyone who spends time with it.
It teaches humility. The practitioner does not force healing. The body already knows how to restore balance. The role of vibration is simply to provide a clear signal, something the organism can entrain to.
When that happens, the shift can be remarkable.
The future of medicine may still be written largely in the language of chemistry and pharmaceuticals, but there is another dimension quietly emerging alongside it—one that works through rhythm, resonance, and the profound sensitivity of living systems to vibration.
Those who have felt it directly know something that is difficult to fully capture in words:
The body remembers harmony.
Sometimes it only needs the right note to find its way back.
